How the bonus is released
Each time you wager your initial deposit 6 times, we release 10% of the total welcome bonus in cash. Each instalment is equal to 20% of that deposit.
Qualifying deposit

Rules for Bonus Funds
Bonus Funds have their own rules. A bonus must be wagered 35 times before it becomes withdrawable cash, your cash is used before Bonus Funds, and the amount you can convert to cash and withdraw is limited to 10 times the bonus amount. The maximum bet with Bonus Funds is £5 per round. Feature Buys are not allowed with Bonus Funds, and you cannot use them while casino or sports bets are still open. When the bonus amount falls below £0.10, the bonus is closed and forfeited automatically.
If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met, all bonuses are forfeited.
Our sportsbook

Accepting and limiting bets
We may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit wagers at any time and may set or change the limits for an event or an individual account without prior written notice. A completed transaction cannot be changed. You are responsible for missing or duplicate wagers, and you can review every accepted bet in My Account.
Settlement and corrections
We determine the winner of an event on its settlement date and do not recognise protested or overturned decisions for wagering. If the governing body overturns a match result within the payout period, all money is refunded. Posted results become final after 72 hours, and corrections within that time are limited to human, system or source errors.
Postponed eSports matches
Displayed eSports start times are a guide, not a guarantee. A suspended or postponed match that does not resume within 72 hours of its actual scheduled start has no action and wagers are refunded, except bets on tournament advance or the tournament winner.
Deposits and payment options

Depositing crypto
After creating your account, open Wallet from your profile menu and choose a cryptocurrency to reveal its deposit address. Send your coins from your own crypto wallet or a third-party application. The minimum deposit amount for each currency is shown in the Deposit tab under Wallet, and a deposit may wait for blockchain confirmations before the funds arrive.
Buying crypto with a card
The Buy Crypto tab lets you purchase cryptocurrency with a credit card, including Visa or Mastercard, through the supported purchase flow. Card payments are handled by third-party processors, and your account is credited only after your card issuer approves and authorises the payment.
WalletConnect
We support ETH deposits via WalletConnect. Select it on the Deposit screen, enter the ETH amount and confirm in your wallet application, checking that the transaction address matches the address we display. Withdrawals via WalletConnect are not supported.
Funding rules and fees
All deposits must come from an account, payment system or card registered in your own name. Deposits in another currency are converted at the daily rate published by Oanda or at the prevailing rate of our bank or payment processor, and your payment system may add its own exchange fees. Fees and charges may apply to deposits and withdrawals. In most cases we absorb the transaction fees for deposits, and you remain responsible for your own bank charges.

Requesting a payout
To withdraw Bitcoin, open Withdraw from your profile menu, select BTC and choose your saved wallet address, or paste it in or scan its QR code if it is not recognised. For a Litecoin withdrawal, set up two-factor authentication before you complete the request.
Minimums and fees
The general minimum withdrawal is £10 or its currency equivalent per transaction, except when you close your account and withdraw the full balance. The minimum for each cryptocurrency is shown in Withdraw under Wallet. Withdrawals are commission-free when you wager your deposit at least 1 time. If you do not, we may deduct an 8% fee with a minimum of £4 or the equivalent in your account currency, to combat money laundering.
Where your money goes
Withdrawals require completed verification and normally return to the original debit card, credit card, bank account or other funding method. Paying out to a different method needs our discretionary approval and additional security checks, and the amount of your initial deposit must go back through its original method.

Exceptional higher or lower individual limits are subject to review and approval, and VIP status and the limits that follow from it may change at our discretion. Larger fiat amounts are possible only at our discretion, case by case.
Payout times
Our average payout time is 5 minutes for most cryptocurrencies, and some crypto withdrawals take around 50 minutes. If our team needs to review a transaction, it can take up to 24 hours, and blockchain confirmations add network-dependent time. Once your identity and security checks are satisfied, we aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours of the request. Successful processing cannot be guaranteed if our restricted-use rules have been breached.

You can register with an email, username, and password, or sign in directly with your wallet. We allow one account per customer, and multiple accounts are subject to immediate closure.
Account recovery
If you lose access, select Login and then Forgot Password? and enter your registered email address. We send further instructions by email.
Verification
We may ask you to verify your account before betting or withdrawing, with valid photo identification such as a passport, driver's licence or national ID card and a recent utility bill showing your name and address. Step one verification is needed for every withdrawal, whatever the method, amount or nationality, and you complete it yourself with your first name, second name, date of birth, country of usual residence, gender and full address.

Self-exclusion

A fixed-period self-exclusion stays in place for the whole selected period and cannot be undone.
During self-exclusion
You may not create a new Account while you are self-excluded. An attempt breaches our terms and may lead to a permanent ban of your original account. We make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion, you remain responsible for keeping to it, and we are not liable for losses or damages from getting around it.
